Child and family-friendly park

Villapark Várgesztes is an ideal venue for individual or family programes, meeting the recreation needs of all ages from baby to adult. Guests arriving with small children are welcome in our Baby-friendly Villas.

In the Aquarena and next to the outdoor pool a warm water baby pool is at your service. You can buy arm floats, nappies, swiming nappies in the Shop. We have playgrounds near the outside pools where baby and child swings, see-saw, little train, climbers, climb-up boat and sand box can be found.

In our restaurant both halfboard service and the menu contains child and baby meals. At the tables you can find high chairs, plastic dish, cutlery and bibs. There is a play-corner in the restaurant while it is open, where kids can play in one airspace while their parents are eating.

From ages 0-8 we recommend our fun atmosphere kid’s club where children- under trained guidance- can play games, do crafting, while parents relax in the Aquarena or at the pools. Guidance is provided on certain days of the appointed periods (see Rating), in the mornings in high season (July, August) and on New year’s eve. Most of our animation programes - held by experienced animators - are for 8-14 year old kids and their parents. Animated programs, for example: floor-ball, skill races in water or sport fields, bicycle tours, Hungarian night, disco, karaoke, night hiking, are announced on information boards and flyers. Youngsters above 14, besides the organized beachball and soccer championship can also compete playing bowling, biliards, darts, or cards. You can rent male, fenale bicycles and also bikes for kids in three difeferent sizes.

It can be a lasting experience for the family to make an outing to the Castle of Gesztes or a longer bicyle or walking tour into the quiet surrounding woods. Horsback riding, or a carriage or sleigh-riding tour with Uncle Miska can also become an unforgettable memory –you can apply to these programs at the reception. In the winter children sleigh can be rented as well.
